Job summary

BelgraviaPRO operates Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park, a coastal getaway in Narrabeen, NSW. We seek a friendly Guest Services Officer to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with bookings, and support housekeeping tasks across cabins and facilities.

You will work a 7-day roster with weekends/evenings, show a proactive customer focus, handle cash/EFTPOS, and learn our systems and processes to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles.
• Ability to work 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with cash handling and EFTPOS transactions.
• Experience with computerised booking systems and proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply BelgraviaPRO systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests face-to-face and over the phone.
• Clean cabins, amenities and public areas in a timely manner.
• Handle housekeeping duties for accommodation and public spaces.
• Change linen and tidy cabins/rooms to housekeeping standards.
• Maintain health, safety and maintenance awareness and report issues.
