Job summary

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets is looking for a Front Desk Agent (Hotel Services Team Member) to join our Front Office on a part-time basis. You will handle check-ins/check-outs and support guest requests with a warm, service-focused approach.

Bring strong communication, a passion for Adelaide’s local scene, and a keen eye for detail. A valid SA Driver's Licence and availability for nights/weekends/public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain and update guest reservation profiles.

• Promote room upgrades and in-house food & beverage offerings.
