Job summary

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets is seeking a Host and Food and Beverage Attendant to bring the Le Petit Chef dining experience to life. You will welcome guests, host groups, introduce courses and help keep the energy high.

Responsibilities include managing bookings and guest enquiries, setting up tables and decor, delivering food and beverage service, and ensuring a smooth start-to-finish guest journey. RSA and Safe Food Handling certificates are essential.

This is part restaurant service, part hosting, part entertainment — and 100% about creating a great night for our guests!

What you’ll do

• Welcome and engage with guests
• Host groups and introduce the Le Petit Chef experience
• Explain courses and keep the energy flowing
• Manage bookings, reservations and guest enquiries
• Set up tables, décor and the event space
• Deliver food & beverage service
• Keep the experience running smoothly from start to finish
• Assist with pack-down and closing duties

You’ll be great at this if you are-

• Confident, warm and personable with great communication skills
• Naturally engaging, with the ability to read the room and create a fun atmosphere
• Organised, switched-on and detail-focused
• Passionate about hospitality, great food and memorable experiences
• Experienced in hospitality or restaurant service
• A positive, team-first person who enjoys working with guests
