Hyatt Hotel Canberra - A Park Hyatt Hotel is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping administrator to support daily operations, coordinate guest requests, and maintain room status in line with Hyatt standards. You will collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and Housekeeping to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or a hotel admin role, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Experience using Opera PMS, HotSOS or similar hotel systems will be highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A commitment to maintaining Hyatt's service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Housekeeping Office operations, including room allocations, guest requests and departmental communications.
• Monitor Opera PMS and HotSOS to ensure accurate room status and timely completion of maintenance requests.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, guest amenities, rollaway beds, baby cots, laundry and special housekeeping requests.
• Maintain the Lost Property register and ensure guest belongings are handled in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare daily allocation sheets, operational reports and support administrative functions including roster updates and stock ordering.
• Work closely with Front Office, Engineering and Housekeeping leaders to ensure rooms are prepared efficiently and guest expectations are exceeded.
