Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host on the Gold Coast to welcome owners and guests, build rapport, and guide them into livestream sales bookings. You’ll qualify prospects, promote member benefits, and coordinate with Resort Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey across multiple sites.

Role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible weekends/holidays; PMS proficiency is advantageous for smooth system updates and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or frontline customer service.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register owners and guests at the front desk.
• Engage guests face-to-face to generate livestream tour bookings.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres.
• Promote Travel & Leisure community benefits.
• Work with Resort Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Meet individual and team KPIs.
• Complete required system updates and paperwork.
• Weekend and public holiday availability; roving across Gold Coast sites.
