Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Experience Host to welcome guests, register owners, and book livestream tour appointments. You will build rapport with visitors face-to-face and promote the Travel & Leisure community.

The role requires strong communication, a positive energy, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays across multiple Gold Coast Sales sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging guests in person.
• A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach.
• Professional presentation and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy; PMS experience (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
• Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres
• Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
• Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
• Meet individual and team KPIs
• Complete required system updates and paperwork

Weekend and public holiday availability is required, with the flexibility to work across multiple Gold Coast Sales sites in a roving capacity. Candidates must be available to work rostered shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
