Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. on the Gold Coast is seeking a Guest Experience Host to warmly welcome guests, register owners, and convert in-person interactions into livestream tour bookings.

You’ll blend hospitality with proactive outreach to build rapport and drive engagement. This role requires strong communication, a positive, energetic presence, and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays across multiple sites within the Gold Coast roving network.

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or face-to-face marketing.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk.
• Engage guests face-to-face to generate livestream tour bookings.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres.
• Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community.
• Work with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and complete required paperwork.
• Weekend/public holiday availability and rostered shifts 8:00 am–8:00 pm across multiple Gold Coast sites.

As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll combine front-of-house hospitality — welcoming guests, building rapport, and booking guests into livestream sales tours.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and register owners and guests at the front desk
• Engage guests face-to-face to build rapport and generate livestream tour bookings
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for livestream Sales Centres
• Promote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community
• Work closely with Resort Operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
• Meet individual and team KPIs
• Complete required system updates and paperwork
• Weekend and public holiday availability is required, with the flexibility to work across multiple Gold Coast Sales sites in a roving capacity. Candidates must be available to work rostered shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
