Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host for Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast. You’ll generate sales appointments, build rapport with guests, and work with operations to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to stay, while highlighting the benefits of Wyndham Destinations.

You’ll need exceptional customer service, a polished presentation, and strong communication skills. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required as part of a busy hospitality team.

How You’ll Shine?

• Generate sales appointments for our Sales deck
• Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
• Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business

This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
