Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host at Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast. You’ll deliver exceptional service, build rapport with guests, and assist with check-in in coordination with resort operations.

A base hourly rate plus performance incentives supports your growth in a dynamic vacation ownership environment. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required, with opportunities for career development and employee benefits including hotel discounts and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Ability to understand guest needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales appointments for our Sales deck.
• Assist owners/guests during check-in in collaboration with resort operations.
• Provide high level of service and seamless transitions for owners and guests.
• Clearly articulate benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community.
• Meet targets and KPIs as defined by the business.
