Job summary

Panthers Port Macquarie is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to deliver welcoming, high-energy service across bar, café, gaming, functions and events. You'll help with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are friendly, with excellent communication, able to work across shifts. RSA and RCG are required or willingness to obtain; benefits include staff discounts and wellbeing leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.
• Barista duties, food service and meal service experience.
• Willingness to work across bar, café, gaming, events and functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Process POS transactions and cash handling.
• Provide bar and café service, including barista duties and food service.
• Complete stock replenishment and glass collection.
• Perform gaming duties, including cash desk, TAB and Keno.
• Assist with functions and events.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support general operations across shifts.
