Job summary

Panthers Port Macquarie is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to deliver welcoming, high-energy service across bar, café, gaming, functions and events. You'll help with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are friendly, with excellent communication, able to work across shifts. RSA and RCG are required or willingness to obtain; benefits include staff discounts and wellbeing leave.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Attendant at Port Macquarie Panthers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Working across a variety of areas including bar, café, gaming, functions and events, you'll deliver exceptional service while assisting with food and beverage service, cash handling and day-to-day venue operations. This is a great opportunity for a friendly and energetic team player who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in creating positive customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests
• Processing POS transactions and cash handling
• Providing bar and café service, including barista duties, food preparation and meal service
• Completing stock replenishment and glass collection
• Performing gaming duties, including cash desk, TAB and Keno
• Assisting with functions and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting general operations and working flexibly across different areas and shifts as required.
