Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service.
• RSA and RCG certificates and cash-handling experience.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to members and guests across beverage and catering outlets.
• Ensure replenishment of food and beverage products and maintain floor cleanliness.
• Assist with table clearing, glass and plate collection, and general cleaning duties.
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability for shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
