Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential for front of house roles.

• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Experience in the leisure industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person or by phone.
• Apply cash handling principles and use POS systems.
• Inform and sell memberships when joining or renewing.
• Promote centre services and manage bookings/enrolments.
• Develop and maintain good relations with customers.
• Promote positive public relations at all times and open/close centre per procedures.
