Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney, Australia seeks a non-management Guest Services professional for a full-time on-site role. You will support the front desk operations, assist guests with inquiries, and help manage billing while ensuring a genuine and friendly traveller experience.

Ideal applicants will have OPERA PMS experience, relevant hospitality background, and demonstrate energy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working rights in Australia.
