Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton is seeking a Groups and Reservations Coordinator to join our Sydney team. Handle inquiries, analyse traveller requests, and coordinate reservations to deliver smooth experiences.

You will liaise with departments, build relationships with travellers, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, relevant experience, and Australian working rights are required; full-time role with staff discounts and Marriott development programs.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate.
• Analyse and update all traveller requests that are tailored to their requirements.
• Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or traveller orders.
• Assist and coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings.
• Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each traveller experience.
• Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team.
