Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in hotel reception.
• Intermediate or higher computer skills including Microsoft products.
• Current QLD RSA (or ability to obtain within 3 days of employment).
• Hands-on, proactive and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to work a 7 day roster across both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Reservations
• Respond to incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Operate PABX telephone system
• Coordinate meeting room facilities
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception area
• Knowledge of local area
• Handle customer requests and complaints
