Job summary

Rockhampton City Belmo Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join Empire Apartment Hotel and Edge Apartment Hotel in Rockhampton. You will handle front-line reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest requests while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role involves working across phone, email, online, and walk-in reservations with a focus on guest satisfaction and efficient problem solving. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

Frontline customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Problem-solving on the spot with a can-do attitude.
Numerical tasks like pricing and order processing in ERP.
Strong communication across architects, builders, and subcontractors.
Sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries, process orders, and enter data into the ERP system accurately.
Provide expert product and service information to customers.
Resolve guest issues and track orders to ensure smooth delivery.
Build long-term relationships with customers, architects and partners.
Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and logistics to meet customer needs.
