Colonial Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and coordinate seamless check-in and check-out at our Tweed Heads location. You will be the first and last impression, delivering hospitality that sets a positive tone for every stay.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, promoting hotel amenities, and sharing local recommendations with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
