Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre at Macquarie University North Ryde is seeking a Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out, reservations and guest requests. You will handle payments and coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.

The candidate will join MQSL in a full-time ongoing appointment, with a salary of AUD 62,830 per annum plus employer's superannuation. RSA competency and work rights in Australia are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality environment.
• Strong service mindset with ability to handle challenging situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software and guest data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Process payments and manage cash, EFTPOS, and cards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and events teams for smooth operations.
• Provide information on facilities, local attractions and transport.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and documentation in the PMS.
