Job summary

EVT is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Associate for Rydges South Bank in Brisbane. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and provide information on local attractions.

You’ll work across departments, maintain accurate guest transactions, and contribute to a warm, safe lobby environment while embracing EVT’s Daymaker ethos and opportunities for rapid career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and procedures.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle transactions accurately.
• Able to work across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WH&S procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
• Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
• Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment
• Participate in training and team meetings
