The role:

As Concierge Supervisor, you'll be the first and last face our guests see. You'll anticipate their needs, lead the concierge team and make sure every request is met to the high standard Rydges is known for.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, and anticipate and act on their needs straight away
• Supervise, train and mentor the concierge team, and support the Chief Concierge with rosters and timesheets
• Pass on guest special requests to the right departments and follow up until they're fulfilled
• Work with Reservations, Front Desk and Housekeeping so groups, FIT travellers and arriving guests are looked after
• Arrange guest transport and tours, and share your local knowledge of the area and its events
• Keep the foyer and entrance spotless, and raise guest feedback and complaints with hotel management
