The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins, part of the TFE Hotels Group, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to greet guests, manage check-ins, and support a seamless stay in the heart of Melbourne.

Join our Front Office team to deliver genuine hospitality, handle guest requests, and work with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B to create memorable experiences. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy, and a polished professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals and departures.
• Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Adapt communication to different guests and situations.
• Resolve routine requests and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Build guest relationships and anticipate needs for a memorable stay.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments per procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Keep Front Office organized and welcoming.
• Follow policies, security, and safety procedures.
• Share guest information with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B and Maintenance.
• Use guest feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the experience.
• Assist guests with arrivals, departures and concierge-style requests.
• Provide local recommendations and hotel information.
