Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Brisbane Southbank seeks a friendly Guest Service Agent to deliver professional service to guests, respond to inquiries, and handle requests with attentiveness and timeliness.

You will be an ambassador for the hotel and support operations with accurate guest records, efficient check-in/out, and smooth collaboration with other departments. Added extras include discounted stays, training, and complimentary parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed and friendly during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle check-in/check-out and payment procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest information and profiles.
• Assist guests with requests, information, transportation, tickets, and reservations.
• Answer calls promptly and route requests to the appropriate departments.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date guest history and records.
• Process mail, messages and deliveries accurately.
