Job summary

Crystalbrook Sam is bringing a 196-room, 5-star hotel to Adelaide, and we seek an experienced Guest Service Agent to help launch and operate daily guest experiences from day one.

Join a bold, customer-obsessed team. You will greet guests, anticipate needs, coordinate with departments, and provide memorable service while supporting a dynamic opening project in a vibrant city precinct.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience; similar role preferred.
• Team centric and collaborative mindset.
• Experience using Opera Cloud and Hotsos.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Available to work a 7-day overnight roster, including weekends/holidays.
• Enthusiasm for local Adelaide tourism is useful.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests on arrival and address by name.
• Coordinate with departments to communicate VIP needs and guest updates.
• Assist guests daily with requests and provide unique solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of tours and guest services facilities.
• Valet guest vehicles when required.

Crystalbrook Sam is coming to Adelaide, and we are looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent to help bring this exciting new hotel to life. This is an opportunity to join the opening team, support day-to-day hotel operations, and help create memorable guest experiences from the very beginning.

As part of the team, you will contribute to the successful launch of a sophisticated 196-room hotel featuring, a signature rooftop restaurant on Level 12, a lobby bar and café, our Wellness Eleme Day Spa and a heated outdoor pool area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To meet and greet guests on arrival to hotel, anticipate guest needs and desires and ensure customersare always referred to by name
• Be aware of any VIP’s, long stays and return guests staying in the hotel. Communicate regularly with all departments with regards to hotel happenings and VIP’s
• Assist all guests daily with their requests, providing unique solutions and always striving to exceed theexpectation
• Have full working knowledge of all tours and guest services facilities
• Valet of guest vehicles when required

SKILLS | EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional customer service experience, previous experience in a similar position preferred, but not essential
• You will be team centric and enjoy working to common goals
• Experience Using Opera Cloud and Hotsos
• Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a 7-day overnight roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Has ability to use initiative and anticipate guest needs
• Knowledge of Adelaide with an enthusiasm for local tourism will be useful
