Job summary

GOZA Mobility Pty Ltd is seeking an energetic sales operations specialist to manage AI-enabled customer conversion across website enquiries, Rideshare referrals, and campaigns. You will use CRM, automation, and human touch to move leads toward applications and handovers, with on-site involvement in Sydney.

You will design communications, analyse conversion data, and improve workflows while collaborating with the Founder and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, CRM or customer acquisition roles managing inquiries.
• Strong communication and proactive follow-up.
• Ability to explain complex products clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate customer communication workflows across channels.
• Contact prospects by phone, SMS, and email; welcome in person visits.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with actions, statuses and outcomes.
• Prepare personalised communications using AI tools and summarize interactions.
• Track metrics and drive improvements in enquiry conversion.
