Job summary

Blinq is hiring an entry-level Growth Strategy & Operations Associate in Melbourne. You will work with Strategy & Ops, Sales, Marketing and Product to run growth programs end-to-end, test AI-native GTM experiments, and build target account lists.

You’ll own RevOps processes, implement AI tooling across the GTM stack, and help scale Blinq’s AI contacts app. This is an early-career role (0–2 years post uni) designed to learn the craft from inside a fast-moving, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years out of university.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Hands-on with AI workflows and builds.
• Portfolio of AI builds is a plus.
• Founder's associate/consulting background is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run growth programs end-to-end: targeting, outreach, and iteration.
• Test AI-native GTM experiments from idea to live quickly.
• Assemble and refine target account and contact lists.
• Manage RevOps: reporting, CRM hygiene, and billing.
• Roll out AI across the GTM stack and improve processes.
