As a GTM Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building out our Growth Ops, Sales, Marketing, and BizOps teams—helping us attract world-class talent to drive our next phase of expansion. This is a hybrid role based in our Melbourne or Sydney office.

What You Will Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and BizOps
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent, leveraging outbound sourcing expertise
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, ensuring a proactive hiring approach
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices

What We Are Looking For:

5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on GTM, Sales, or Marketing roles in startup, scale-up, or tech environments
Proven track record of success in outbound sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent
Experience in agency recruitment is a plus, particularly in tech or commercial hiring
A creative problem solver with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing speed and quality
A strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
