Loan Market Connect is seeking a proactive Growth & Operations Manager to join its Melbourne team. The role blends operations, reporting, relationship management and business growth to improve processes and drive performance.

You’ll monitor performance, coordinate partnerships, and implement efficient business practices, while maintaining clear communication with clients and referral partners. Prior experience in mortgage broking is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business performance wraps and reporting across the entire business.
• Monitor appointment tracking and reporting to measure progress from appointment through to submission.
• Maintain and monitor appointment spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Oversee the backbook process and ensure consistent follow-up procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, systems and overall business efficiency.
