Job summary

McCullough Robertson is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator in Sydney to join our dynamic BD & Marketing team. You will work closely with colleagues in Sydney and Brisbane, supporting tenders, events, campaigns and client engagement across the firm.

You will bring a background in business development, marketing or events, with strong writing and relationship-building skills. The role offers hands-on experience and opportunities for growth in a leading Australian law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or communications.
• Experience in business development, marketing or events.
• Experience in a professional services environment with events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender and credential statement preparation with senior lawyers/partners.
• Coordinate firm, practice and client events end-to-end.
• Prepare email campaigns and social media posts aligned with the firm messaging.
• Support CRM maintenance and data-driven initiatives.
• Assist with internal communications and newsletters.
