Job summary

Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of industrial, office and retail properties, grow the rent roll and drive revenue growth.

The role requires an ACT/NSW real estate licence, own vehicle, and excellent verbal and written communication. A part-time Assistant Property Manager option is available with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience in the commercial property sector and local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of industrial, office and retail properties.
• Develop and grow the property management portfolio and revenue.
• Arrange maintenance, obtain quotes and liaise with trades.
• Prepare owner statements and distribute payments on time.
• Ensure insurances are current for owners and tenants.
• Coordinate property inspections and lease renewals.
• Assist with tenant selection and documentation.
