Job summary

Homefinders Real Estate in Canberra is seeking a property management assistant on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be supported by a senior property manager and trained in our processes and database.

Duties include preparing rental advertisements, coordinating inspections (routine, end of lease and open houses), completing property condition reports, and negotiating maintenance with tenants, landlords and tradespeople. Hours and days can be negotiated.
