Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management, property administration, facilities management, or related property discipline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
• Keen interest in commercial property and asset performance
• Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or willingness to obtain the relevant licence
• Experience using MRI or similar property management systems (desirable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
• Assisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolio
• Preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentation
• Monitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirements
• Coordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outs
• Providing proactive advice and support to clients and tenants
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction
