You will manage and enhance asset performance, build strong client relationships, and provide proactive service while ensuring compliance and efficient operations within a permanent, full-time opportunity in Canberra.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management, property administration, facilities management, or a related property discipline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• A keen interest in commercial property and asset performance.
• Experience using MRI or similar property management systems (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Assisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolio.
• Preparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentation.
• Monitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirements.
• Coordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outs.
• Providing proactive advice and support to clients and tenants.
• Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
