Job summary

Australian Residential Group in Canberra is seeking an energetic Property Manager to grow our ACT portfolio. You will be supported by an admin team and our Brisbane systems to deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades; no new business development is required as onboarding is handled nationally. The ideal candidate holds a Real Estate license with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Real Estate License or ACT registration eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager.
• Solid working knowledge of real estate software including Ailo, IRE and HubSpot CRM.
• Exceptional time management and communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Canberra portfolio and deliver exceptional service to owners and tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades.
• Operate with autonomy and rely on admin/ Brisbane systems for efficiency.
• Support our national growth efforts by leveraging established processes.
