TalentGo is seeking a Sales & Operations Director - Recruitment and Talent Sourcing based in Sydney to lead a high-growth venture from day one. You will own strategy, client development, and end-to-end talent sourcing for local and global markets, reporting to the Board.

This founder-style role offers uncapped earnings (base + commission + equity) and a direct trajectory to the CEO seat as the business scales across Australia.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or operational leadership in recruitment or staffing.
• Track record of growth in early-stage businesses and building operating rhythms.
• Strong hunter sales mindset and ability to secure new business.
• Full P&L ownership with budgets, pricing and cash flow oversight.
• Experience managing offshore/onshore partner ecosystems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Board to shape long-term growth and report on performance.
• Design and execute sales, marketing and channel strategies to drive revenue.
• Lead local and global talent sourcing operations and build a candidate database.
• Own P&L, budgeting, pricing and cash flow in partnership with CFO.
• Manage external partners and ensure SLA compliance and quality control.
• Establish workflows, metrics and ensure legal/regulatory compliance in Australia.
• Hire, onboard and lead internal staff as operations scale.
