Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Talent Acquisition lead in Sydney to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions as the region’s first TA hire. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to move quickly and support ambitious growth goals.

You will build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent, drive a fast, high-quality process, and raise the bar for candidate experience, using data to continuously improve outcomes and scale recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
• Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excitement about helping establish and scale the company’s presence in a new market.
• Fluent in local language.
