Job summary

Agru Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our Brisbane team in Lawnton. You will support the Internal Sales Team by handling overflow calls, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with webshop and email sales activities.

As you learn our products, you will build strong customer relationships, generate leads, follow up opportunities, and identify new business prospects across the East Coast region. Interstate travel to exhibitions may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication is required.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and relationship management.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about our products.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems (ideally Jim2), and other digital business tools.
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing own workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist Internal Sales Team by managing overflow phone calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with webshop and email sales.
• Build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities as knowledge grows.
• Generate leads and follow up opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Travel interstate to attend industry exhibitions and visit clients along the East Coast.
