You will take ownership from pre-construction through to completion, working directly with our Managing Director and leadership team to shape growth and delivery across a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

You are commercially minded with a track record of delivering quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and leadership across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects through all delivery stages.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with clear communication and collaboration.
• Integrity, accountability and continuous improvement aligned with the team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership.
• Coordinate delivery with multiple stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
