Responsibilities

• Drive team performance, motivate staff and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and site managers for cohesion.
• Identify and action continuous improvement across safety and systems.
• Contribute to new business opportunities with senior leadership.

We’re seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years experience delivering commercial projects $5m - $15m who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong commercial acumen, and leads with integrity, confidence, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle: design, planning, construction, QA, and handover
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract documents, budget, timeline, and compliance frameworks
• Lead progress tracking, risk mitigation, cost forecasting, and client reporting
• Drive team performance, motivate staff, and resolve issues proactively
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and site managers to ensure communication and cohesion
• Identify and action continuous improvement initiatives across safety, systems, and performance
• Contribute new business opportunities alongside the senior leadership team

Skills & Experience

• Circa 5+ years’ experience in the Australian construction industry, with at least 3+ years in project management role.
• Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook); CAD knowledge advantageous
• Professional, self-driven, and capable of handling pressure with a positive and mature outlook
• Commitment to delivering high-performance outcomes
