Job summary

Sagle Constructions, a respected family-owned builder in South Australia, invites applications for an experienced Project Manager. You will take ownership from pre-construction through to completion, working directly with our Managing Director and leadership team to shape growth and delivery across a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

You are commercially minded with a track record of delivering quality outcomes, strong client relationships, and leadership across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects through all delivery stages.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming and contract administration.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with clear communication and collaboration.
• Integrity, accountability and continuous improvement aligned with the team.

As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership group, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, while helping shape the next stage of Sagle's continued growth.

About You

You are a confident and commercially minded Project Manager who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes, building relationships, and leading projects with professionalism and integrity.

You will bring:

• Around 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through all stages of delivery
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, and contract administration
• The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
• A mindset aligned with integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
