Revolut Ltd is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how the business expands and operates globally. You will work on high-impact initiatives, using insights to scale processes and deliver better outcomes for customers.

You will drive core infrastructure projects, prioritise initiatives, and explore new features to streamline the customer journey while managing vendor relationships and partnerships for growth across markets.

Qualifications

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data and deriving actionable insights.
• Curiosity and drive to make an impact in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.
• Lead and execute core infrastructure projects across teams.
• Prioritize projects and define timelines to reach goals quickly.
• Identify opportunities for new features to improve customer experience.
