Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a senior growth marketer to help shape a new growth function within a large Australian organisation. You will lead development of strategies that identify customer opportunities, strengthen engagement and drive sustainable commercial growth across a diverse product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across growth marketing, digital optimisation, and CRM.
• Strong ability to identify, size and prioritise initiatives with incremental impact.
• Proven track record in improving acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention across digital channels.
• Experience building growth pipelines, test-and-learn programs or optimisation roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical capability using customer data and measurement frameworks.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the growth strategy and roadmap translating priorities into a pipeline of initiatives across channels.
• Identify opportunities for growth across the portfolio using data and commercial insights.
• Coordinate owned digital channels and marketing activity for integrated customer engagement.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and marketing teams to tailor propositions and messaging.
• Drive improvements in targeting, personalisation, and customer journeys across journeys and touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor the Growth Marketing Leads and build cross-functional alignment.
• Establish a structured test-and-learn approach with hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria.
