Eucalyptus is seeking a Growth Manager to own Hers' growth marketing strategy across Sydney and the UK. You will shape channel investment, creative direction, and budget allocation based on patient insights and performance data.

Lead with a strategic mindset, balancing CAC and LTV while driving efficient growth. Collaborate with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams to deliver measurable patient acquisition impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of acquisition outcomes.
• Experience building growth strategies from scratch and prioritising actions.
• Ability to balance qualitative insights with quantitative data for strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end, from channel mix to messaging hypotheses.
• Use customer research and performance data to attract the right patients at the right cost.
• Balance CAC/LTV trade-offs and inform acquisition decisions accordingly.
• Build and maintain a test-and-learn framework across channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with creative to develop concepts grounded in patient insight.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across paid channels and funnel stages.
• Work with analytics, product, and clinical teams to connect growth to patient experience.
• Present evidence-based views on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders.
