Join Eucalyptus in Sydney as Growth Manager, responsible for shaping Hers’ patient acquisition strategy across markets from Australia to the UK. You’ll turn insights into high-impact creative and messaging, and steer budget allocation to drive growth efficiently.

You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams, owning channel mix, performance targets, and a rigorous test-and-learn program to optimise CAC/LTV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of acquisition outcomes.
• Built a growth strategy from scratch with clear prioritisation.
• Ability to switch between qualitative insight and quantitative data to form a strategic view.

Responsibilities

• Own patient acquisition strategy end-to-end across channels and messaging.
• Use research, insights and performance data to optimize cost per acquisition.
• Balance CAC and LTV to guide acquisition decisions.
• Establish a rigorous test-and-learn framework across formats and audiences.
• Partner with creative for messaging grounded in real patient insight.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities across paid channels and funnel.
• Collaborate with analytics, product and clinical to align growth with patient experience.
• Present evidence-based performance and strategy to senior stakeholders.
