Job summary

Stake Australia is seeking a Lifecycle Manager in Sydney to own customer journeys across activation, engagement, retention and re-engagement. You will design personalised experiences, analyse data to optimise outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Growth to drive scalable results.

You will shape lifecycle strategy, working in a hybrid model with three days in the Sydney office, and help Stake build deeper customer relationships while advancing retention and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle, CRM or customer growth programs.
• Ability to design personalised journeys across activation, engagement, retention and re-engagement.
• Strong data-driven decision making to optimise customer outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Growth, Engineering and Data teams.
