Job summary

Stake, an Australian investing platform, is looking for a Lifecycle Manager in Sydney to own how we engage customers across activation, engagement and retention. You will work with product, engineering, AI, creative, performance marketing and data teams to design personalised experiences that move the needle.

You’ll build segmentation, run experiments, measure outcomes and translate customer behaviour into scalable lifecycle programs, with a hybrid model requiring three days in the Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Experience building lifecycle, CRM or customer growth programs.
• Ability to design end-to-end customer journeys.
• Strong data intuition with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in fintech or technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy across activation, engagement, retention and re-engagement.
• Develop segmentation and personalization capabilities.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
• Set up experiments and measure outcomes.
• Turn customer friction into growth through cross-functional partnerships.
