Job summary

Fiskil is seeking a Growth Lead to become its first dedicated growth hire. You’ll own the full growth loop across acquisition, activation, and expansion, working with the founder and the sales, product, and engineering teams in Sydney.

This hands-on role requires turning rough ideas into live experiments, building growth assets, campaigns, and onboarding journeys, and measuring outcomes to drive repeatable growth for Fiskil’s data-platform ambitions.

Qualifications

• Two to five years in B2B marketing, growth, product marketing, or a similarly hands-on GTM role.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and prospects, use data to find growth bottlenecks, and run experiments across acquisition, conversion, activation, and expansion
