Job summary

OurPath in Sydney is seeking a Customer Growth and Acquisition Lead to build and optimise the next stage of its acquisition engine. This hands-on role focuses on generating more qualified demand, across the funnel, with a bias toward experimentation and data-driven decisions.

You'll own experimentation across paid, organic, email, and partnerships, using AI tools to research, analyse, automate and execute faster.

Qualifications

• Analytical in your approach, think in funnels, conversion, CAC and CPL.
• Experimentally minded with an instinct to test and move quickly.
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and automated experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Testing new acquisition channels and audiences.
• Finding opportunities to improve conversion across the funnel.
• Developing and launching growth experiments.
• Nurturing and reactivating existing leads.
• Using data to measure what's working versus not.
