Liftpass is seeking a Business Manager to spearhead the Australian expansion of Automated Parking Systems. You will shape the growth strategy, identify major projects and build senior relationships with developers, architects and engineers to win contracts.

With a strong focus on translating technical solutions into customer value, you will lead opportunities from concept through to award while collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure delivery and long-term market leadership.

• Proven track record growing a business, market or product segment.
• Experience in complex B2B or capital-project sales.
• Confidence engaging senior executives and key decision-makers.
• Strong commercial judgement shaping strategic outcomes.

• Experience working across sales, engineering, project delivery and service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Australian growth strategy for Automated Parking Systems.
• Build senior relationships with property developers, architects, consultants, engineers and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop major project opportunities at an early stage.
• Translate technical solutions into compelling commercial outcomes for customers.
• Lead opportunities from concept development through to contract award.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to support successful project delivery.
• Drive commercial performance, customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
• Develop service, maintenance and lifecycle support opportunities.
• Strengthen the company's position in the Australian automated parking market.
