Job summary

Muirs is seeking a skilled Business Applications Analyst (Level 2/3) to join our Technology team. The role sits at the intersection of BAU support and project delivery, ensuring critical systems run smoothly while driving improvements and integrations that underpin growth.

You will support day-to-day applications, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations and contribute to solution evaluations and delivery. Strong communication and a pragmatic, get-it-done attitude are essential.

Qualifications

2–5 years BSA experience, Retail experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
Intermediate SQL skills and experience in troubleshooting data and integration issues
Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs and ETL/middleware concepts
Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
Experience with MACH principles for ERP (Pronto, Dynamics), POS, Website, GenAI, Cloud, Data & Integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting for business-critical systems.
Assist with integrations and solution evaluations to support project delivery.
Collaborate with the Technology Manager and cross-functional teams to align systems with business needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure high service availability.
